If the machine tilts 15-20 degrees, an alarm will trigger and automatically halt operation. Additionally, 4-way X and Y axis limit switches prevent collisions, and the enclosure's dual interlocks ensure the laser automatically shuts off when the cover is open, providing continuous eye protection.

The ATOStack laser engraver delivers a powerful 12000mW laser output capable of cutting through an 8mm wood board or 5mm acrylic in a single pass. With speeds exceeding 36000mm/min, the ultra-fine 0.06*0.06mm spot focus ensures precise engraving and cutting accuracy, perfect for intricate designs and detailed work.

Built-in High-Resolution Camera with PC Control

The ATOStack A12 Ultra features an integrated high-resolution camera that enhances visualization of all operations and processes, supporting batch engraving and cutting for improved efficiency. The camera can automatically scan drawings and intelligently extract patterns from any surface without the need for design software, providing a user-friendly and efficient engraving experience. This engraver must be connected to PC software to utilize its full capabilities.

Larger Processing Area and Amazing Results

With a set of ATOStack R5 conveyor feeders, you can easily engrave on 47 inches long materials and enjoy the batch process. The maximum processing area is up to 31.5"×14.4", offering ample space for large projects. The R5 ensures quick and smooth task completion without the need for repeated adjustments, with mechanical accuracy up to 0.01mm and a maximum speed of up to 400mm/s (24000mm/min).
